There are 3 different grades of fabric within the BEDOUINFLEX™ fabric range - BEDOUINFLEX™, BEDOUINFLEX™ twice, and BEDOUINFLEX™ trevira
BEDOUINFLEX™ is our flagship product. It is a single ply two-way stretch nylon filament fabric with a 100% waterproof coating, providing a hydrostatic head greater than 3000mm applied to a single outer side of the fabric. BEDOUINFLEX™ fabric is incredibly strong with a tensile warp breaking strength in excess of 3 Ton.
BEDOUINFLEX™ twice is a revolutionary double strength fabric based on our standard proven flagship BEDOUINFLEX™ fabric. Using the same two-way stretch nylon filament we have applied our revolutionary 100% waterproof coating to both sides of the fabric. This provides a more durable and longer lasting fabric. Improved durability of the BEDOUINFLEX™ twice fabric is also combined with the additional benefit of easy wipe off cleaning. 100% waterproof, 100% fire resistant, and incredibly durable BEDOUINFLEX™ twice is ideal for larger tents, semi-permanent applications or for use in our clear span range of marquees and custom structures.
